The Embassy of the State of Kuwait

Procedure

-Certificate of Origin / Invoice & Packing List-
The Embassy accepts only documents for products which is shipped to Kuwait. Before applying at the Embassy, please be authorized the document by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. (Only original signature of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry is acceptable. Rubber signature is not acceptable.) Please submit the copy of invoice for the Embassy's record.

-Other Documents-
As for other documents, please be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Chamber of Commerce and Industry before bringing them to the Embassy. (Only original signature of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Rubber signature of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is acceptable.)

Correction

The Embassy accepts correction for documents if it is stamped a correction stamp of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Regarding correction after being legalized by the Embassy, please contact the Consular Section of the Embassy.

Pick-up date

One day after the application (3:00pm-4:00pm)

The Embassy does not accept documents by post mail. If you can not come to the Embassy, Please contact any VISA agent.
